Her strength is to effectively bring processes, systems and people up to the level needed for organizational growth. Sharon holds a Master’s in Social Sciences from the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands. She has worked in Europe, Australia and for the last 12 years in the United States.

Rob left a promising career in cancer research to pursue leadership as a path to helping people, obtaining his MBA from Duke University. As an executive working in Silicon Valley he's built several teams from the ground up and mentored those around him to achieve their career goals. Rob has experience living and working in the US and Asia and he believes that both creativity and traditional quantitative skills are needed to face the leadership challenges of tomorrow.
